Rural Bridge Sourcing Privacy Policy
This page explains the information requested through the greenhouse covering inquiry form and the browser storage used by the sourcing support interface.
Information you provide
The inquiry form requests your name, work email, company where supplied, telephone and purchase requirements. Requirements may include covering materials, dimensions, crop application, quantity, destination, seasonal date, budget and supplier preferences. Limit the message to information needed for the business inquiry and avoid unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Why the form requests these details
The information supports review of the purchase brief, clarification of missing specifications and coordination of factory quotation questions. Budget and supplier preference controls are optional. Their values and any selected product name are included with your purchase requirements when submitted. The text you type remains visible in the form.
Browser storage for sourcing support
The support interface uses local browser storage for a display timestamp and session storage for the ticker dismissal. The timestamp starts a seven-day display window. The support notice opens on entry within that window and stops displaying when seven days have elapsed. Closing the ticker is remembered for the browser session. Browser controls can remove this storage; it does not establish product eligibility or confirm a commercial benefit.
Supplier coordination
A request may need product and project details to be reviewed by a prospective supplier. Confirm the intended disclosure and commercial arrangement during the inquiry discussion, particularly for non-public drawings or detailed business information. This website does not provide an upload field. Keep initial messages focused on specifications and contact details necessary to assess the request.
Correction and follow-up
Use the contact form to identify the earlier inquiry and request correction of information or a privacy-related follow-up. Provide enough context to locate the request without resending unnecessary private details. Processing, retention and disclosure arrangements should be clarified with the service before sharing confidential project material.
Scope of this notice
Images and procurement examples do not identify a confirmed supplier relationship. Links to public horticulture references follow the policies of those publishers. If a supplier requests additional personal or commercial information, clarify the purpose and recipient before sharing it. Your initial specification brief can describe the required product without including confidential drawings or unrelated business records.
